Add this to your order to get it several days sooner. This will alert me that you need your Flags/Streamers/Billow RIGHT AWAY!
Your order will be ready to ship within 1-2 buisiness days, at the latest, regardless of the original shipping date.
If your order is larger than 1 flag set, please specify which part of your order needs to be rushed, or you may purchase more than one Rush Processing to rush your entire order by selecting the appropriate number of Flags/Streamers/Billows from the drop down menus that you are rush processing.
If you purchase only one order of Rush Processing and do not specify which Flags/Streamers/Billow to rush, I will rush the first one listed in your order.
Your shipping date will be changed manually when I acknowledge your order.
Please do not confuse RUSH PROCESSING with your shipping charge. They are not the same. You will still need to pay for shipping charges unless your order is over $35
Rush Processing does not change the time it takes for your order to pass through the mail, that is determined by the distance you are from our production team (we are located in Central Iowa). Usually it takes up to 3 days between your order shipping and your order arriving.
1-2 days processing + 3 days shipping = 4-5 business days total.
Rush Processing orders will be counted from the day of the order. ie: Rush Processing was purchased Monday, the order will ship Wednesday morning at the latest (Thursday if Rush was ordered after 3pm CST).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My regular processing time is up to 14 days. 20 days for bundles, custom, or orders over 3 flag sets. Rush Processing is available for an additional fee.
Swing flags are created to be mobile. They are different from traditional flags because they do not have flagpoles. This allows them to pack into a small bag or large pocket.
Instead of a pole there is a weighted string sewn into one corner allowing them to billow/flow with a swinging motion. The motions take some practice. Ask me about instructional videos and I will send you links.
I have a limited selection of flags that can be shipped "NEXT DAY". These have READY TO SHIP in the title of them and can be found in the Ready to Ship folder. Normally, I hand make every flag from start to finish to order. This is to allow for customization.
Please send me a message so we can track down your package.
Parcel Lockers are located at your local post office. Usually they use them if your package is larger than the size of your mail box or if they cannot locate a secure location/access your location for delivery.
If the package is unclaimed after about 10 days the post office will automatically issue a return and send the package back to us. If this happens, we will hold them for 3 days and contact you. If you still wish to have them, we require that you purchase additional shipping.
We will not refund these returned packages. We will provide store credit to exchange them minus shipping costs. Store credit coupons expire after 5 days.
Please don't confuse Rush Processing with the cost for shipping. My regular processing time is up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Rush Processing shortens my processing time to 3 days.
Shipping is a separate fee that the post office charges to move your items through the mail.
Express Shipping is not the same thing as Rush Processing. It takes me up to 14 days to create your flags by hand. If you Rush Process your order, you jump to the front of the line and I process your flags within 3 days.
Express Shipping will overnight your package through the mail. It has nothing to do with how long the flags take to create.
All of the flags that I make come in matching pairs. The only exceptions are the streamers and the 100in scarf. When ordering it goes like this:
Quantity 1 = 2 matching flags
Quantity 2 = 4 flags
Quantity 3 = 6 flags and so on.
Some people prefer wooden dowels when they start because they provide a bit more stability to the flags. The flex rods, however, provide a different flow, travel well, and are very lightweight.

Once you place your order we immediately go into production of your flags. We do not accept cancellations.
We will issue store credit for any orders that are requested to be cancelled. The store credit will work like a coupon and expires after 5 days.

We needed flags at the last minute for a conference. We reached out to Keri early in the morning for rush order. She had the flags ready by the afternoon and shipped. We received them before our requested day.
